HEALTH INSURANCE
Holistic Growth accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield as in-network provider for the products Blue Advantage, Blue Option, Blue Care, Blue Select, Blue Classic, and NC State Health Plan for comprehensive clinical assessments and psychotherapy sessions. Holistic Growth accepts all other insurance plans as an out–of-network provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your insurance coverage by asking the following questions:
OUT OF NETWORK If you choose to claim out-of-network insurance benefits for your psychotherapy treatment, we will assist you with this process as needed. You should contact your insurance company directly to determine whether or not you have out-of-network coverage and the amount of benefit that you can expect to receive from the company. With each payment that you make to Holistic Growth, you will receive a statement of services provided and payments made that can be submitted directly to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. Once your insurance company approves a service claim for the treatment, they will pay your benefits directly to you. We are happy to help you to determine your benefits with your insurance carrier and to submit your bills to your health insurance provider. (Please note that your mental health diagnosis must be included on your statement in order for you to collect medical, mental health or behavioral health insurance benefits.) OTHER ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS You may also pay by cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due on the day of your appointment. If you chose to use health insurance and you have a co-pay, you would be expected to pay your copay at the time of each visit. Holistic Growth offers limited sliding scale fee to clients who qualify. To find out about how to qualify for a reduced rate, please contact our office.
Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. You can choose to pay for your session when making your appointment or at time of service.
Holistic Growth does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please dial 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency room and ask for the psychiatrist on call; or contact Holly Hill at 919-250-7000. Therapists monitor voicemail box on a daily basis; however not always is guaranteed immediate response.
Our cancellation policy establishes 48 hours in advance notice to cancel an existing appointment. This allows us the opportunity to book other clients for your missed appointment. Failure to cancel within 48 hours and/or no show appointments will be required to pay a no/show, late-cancellation fee equal to the fee of the session missed.
There are no child care services available at Holistic Growth.
